We are pleased to invite you to the joint final event of the COOPERATE and ERA_FABRIC projects, taking place on 5 June 2025, from 09:00 to 15:30, in Brussels at Rue Montoyer 21, 1000 Bruxelles, Belgium.

This gathering marks the culmination of two Horizon Europe projects dedicated to shaping the concept and practice of ERA Hubs — a key element in the European Commission’s strategy to foster stronger, more resilient regional innovation ecosystems within the European Research Area (ERRA)Why ERA Hubs?

ERA Hubs are envisioned as platforms for regional collaboration that can connect public and private sectors, promote cross-border cooperation, and accelerate the valorization of knowledge. These hubs are about breaking silos, uniting stakeholders, and building bridges between policy, research, and practice.

Why ERA Hubs?

Both COOPERATE and ERA_FABRIC have been piloting and refining the ERA Hub model, working closely with regional partners across Europe. During this final event, the teams will:

  • Present key findings and recommendations from their respective projects
  • Share experiences from local implementations
  • Host discussions on the future potential of ERA Hubs in regional and national R&I policy

Who should attend?

This event is particularly relevant for:

  • Regional innovation actors
  • Policymakers and government representatives
